Need a spot for your discovery calls, a spur-of-the-moment meeting, or a brainstorming session? We've got you covered! Your business has its very own private meeting room, which can be integrated with your Calendly account. With a single link, you can invite anyone to join for a one-on-one or group gathering.
Setting up Your Discovery Call
Watch this video for a tutorial on how to integrate Calendly for running Discovery Calls in AllTakes:
Step 1: At the top of your business page, click “Set up Discovery Call.”
Step 2: Click “Manage Calendly” in the dropdown menu. You will need to create a Calendly account.
Step 3: Copy the link to your Private Meeting room in “Manage Calendly” on AllTakes and paste it to the location of your meeting.
*Note: You will need to choose the “Custom” option to add a link from AllTakes. To keep your meeting room more intimate, we recommend the “Display location only after confirmation” option.
Step 4: Copy your Calendly event link and paste it in “Manage Calendly” on AllTakes. Your Calendly events can be found under “Event Types”.
Step 5: There will now be a new button at the top of your Business Page called “Book Discovery Call”. Participants can click on this button and book a Discovery Call with you by selecting a date and time in the Calendly pop-up window.
Meeting Links & Meeting Rooms
Meeting Link: Your meeting link is like a secret passcode to your private meeting room. Only those with the link can enter, ensuring a secure and confidential gathering.
You can copy and paste your meeting room link to an event in your calendar for an impromptu meeting. To copy your meeting room link, click the “Meeting Link” button from the “Set Up Discovery Calls” drop-down menu at the top of your Business Page.
After you have copied your meeting room link, you can paste it into the location field of a Google Calendar or Calendly meeting, for example. The person you are meeting with can then click on the meeting room link and meet you in your private meeting room!
Meeting Room: Meeting rooms are perfect for one-on-ones, discovery calls, or spontaneous meetings. Think of them as a more private version of Roundtable, tailored to your needs.
*Note: When you join your meeting room, you’ll see all the video conferencing functionality that you see in normal AllTakes sessions, excluding the options to record. Chats will not be saved in meetings rooms.
Step 1: When members are ready to join the meeting, you will automatically be sent a notification of who wants to join. You can allow or deny the member from there.
Step 2: You may have multiple members who are ready to join. Click “Invites” to see all the members.
